Camera ready instructions

To prepare the camera ready version of your accepted paper, please follow the Springer Nature instructions.

Please pay special attention to Section “5 Additional Information Required from Authors” in their “Springer Nature Instructions for proceedings authors”, which describes the license-to-publish agreement, correct representation of author names and ORCID ID, as well as supplementary material.

The following sections 6-9 provide further useful publishing information, for example, that “abstracts and references are freely available for all users” but the main text only to subscribers, as the proceedings will NOT be published as open access (*).

Please follow Section “10 Checklist of Items to Be Sent to Your Conference Contact” (read the Publisher’s Code of Conduct for Book Authors and use the pre-filled license-to-publish agreement that needs to be signed by the corresponding author marked on the paper, making sure that your final submission includes Disclosure of Interest (and optionally, Acknowledgments) as described after Section 10.

Please and send the following material to vincenzo.mancuso@networks.imdea.org:
1) the pdf of your accepted paper in the camera ready version;
2) the associated source files;
3) and the sigend license form.

(*) If you are interested in exploring an open access publishing of your individual paper (referred to as “open choice”), please let us know at vincenzo.mancuso@networks.imdea.org by Friday October 2nd, 2026. In that case, rather than signing the standard license-to-publish agreement, a CC-BY License-toPublish agreement should be signed and a fee must be paid for open choice publications.
